my friend

my friend Brandon who was on the swim team with me was recently diagnosed with luekemia. I freaked out when i found out. I feel so bad for him, but there are so many people supporting him and he's a strong kid. We're all praying for him and hoping for the best. He'll push through it, without a doubt.

to kill a mockingbird

we're reading To Kill A Mockingbird in english class and i actually really like it. It's such a cute story. My mom told me i would like it and i was almost 100% positive i would hate it, but unexpectedly im actually really enjoying it.

Friday.

That song.. Rebecca Black... enough said. It makes me so angry! I typically have a good sense of humor and I laugh at stupid things, etc. I can NOT find ANY type of humor in that song! It is probably the most annoying thing I have EVER heard. But... it's actually Friday, which makes me happy :) i'm ready for a goooooooood weekend!

For most of this class, I've been pretty bored. Of course I don't have any materials for other homework I could have done. So incidentally, I drew in my spiral instead. The picture looks really sketch-like. I don't really know, it's just really random.

I'm not obsessed, I just love it! Yesterday was my last practice until Smo starts summer or until LCB Spring season starts.. which ever comes first! I'm probabl going to go insane, I wont know what to do with myself!

St. Patrick's Day!

yesterday was St. Patrick's Day! i love St. Patrick's day because I'm Irish and I feel so intouch with my Irish roots :) I didn't wear green and i felt absolutely terrible, but i still listened to the Cranberries and got a Shamrock shake! My family is going to do some real St. Patrick's Day celebrating on Monday when we are able to visit my grandparents. Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, the whole nine yards!

spring break

i'm doing absolutely nothing over spring break. a lot of my friends are going places like florida and new york. and i get to stay here.. in Indiana. I'll make the best of it and have fun, i just wish i was going somewhere.

tanning

i really need to go tanning more, i'm so pasty! i think i'm going to go tonight.

photography& design

I really love photography, but i didn't spend enough time on the photo project. We are moving onto design noww.  I'm excited for it! I think it'll be cool. Even though i don't really know what it is... :)

30 day challenge

on facebook i am doing the 30 day challenge which is a picture challenge. Everyday there is a new type of picture we are supposed to add. The first day was a picture of ourselves with 10 facts as the caption.  The second day was a picture of someone you have been closest with the longest. I posted a funny picture of me and my sister. The third day, which for me would be today, is a picture of the cast from our favorite show. I might do Pretty Little Liars but i don't know if i would consider it to be my favorite show, but i don't know what would be. I really like this thing but hopefully i'll be able to find pictures for each day!

sectionals

Sectionals for swimming is this Thursday and this Saturday. I'm only an alternate so I don't really have to worry about swimming. I'd love the opportunity, but I hope everyone's able to swim because I don't to lose any points for our team. I would be swimming the 100 fly which is my favorite race though! I'm nervous and excited for the girls that are swimming. Our coaches have been telling us we're a great team and that we have the potential to win sectionals. I believe we can too I just hope we pull through and do it!

photography project

we've been working on photography for journalism and we have a project due friday. i'm kind of worried about getting it finished, i really want my pictures to be good! i have some good ideas so hopefully my pictures turn out as good as i'm hoping.

scheduling

i had to go to scheduling today. i'm pretty happy with most of my classes. i'm really excited for life guarding, i've heard it's a lot of fun. i wish i had space for digital photography class though! oh well, maybe next year?

vans

i went to the mall sunday and i got these great shoes! black vans <3 i absoutely love them. not only did i get them but i got them for an amazing price! $15.50! what a steal, right?!

birthdaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

my birthday was the 15th and i had a good time! i went to a party with some friends and they surprised me with a cake. i was pertty happy! my mom got me a bunch of stuff i wanted, including yoga pants! i NEVER want to wear anything else anymore. i also got Easy A, favorite movie!
